My purpose for writing this article is fairly straight forward. I would like to provoke thought concerning a term which has become a a world wide social activity and certainly a multi-billion dollar industry: Health & Fitness.
This term is supposed by many to be synonymous with physical characteristics which are not only desired, but also mentioned on every form of media we use today. Let's explore, shall we?
According to Webster's Dictionary, health is defined as: The state of being hale, sound in body or mind, or soul, especially free of disease and pain.
